June's Sneak Peek

Here's a quick layout I made using some of the Boys Toys half kit.

I used 3 of the handmade embellishments, a journaling spot and the blue stitched ribbon from the kit.

 And as June is fast approaching, thought I should show you a sneak peek of June's kit, it is called 'Village Fete', it's full of pretty colours and there will be bunting in there too!

I away for the week from today so this kit won't go on sale until I get back on the 5th June. Hope you like the sneak!

Little Boy B

Sorry it's been a while since I've been in here!

 I must show you this gorgeous layout that May's Guest Designer, Jen Naulls made using the 'Boys Toys Half kit'. Jen just added cardstock, mist and letters, the rest is all from the kit, she even used the twine that the kit comes tied in!. She used a clever misting idea to make a frame on the layout using green mist.

I love the way Jen has used the ribbons and crepe paper down the side of the photo.

 And how gorgeous is Jen's little boy?!

Easter Fun in the Sun

 I thought I would pop in and show you a double layout I made with the Spring to Life embellishment kit. The kit goes really well with Echo Park's Springtime collection which I used here.

From the kit I used 3 handmade The Make and Create shop embellishments, ribbon, April calendar, pink and turquoise punched borders, a truquoise journaling spot, a button and thread and punched butterflies.

It was like summer at Easter not Spring, it was so hot!

May's Guest Designer

I'm pleased to announce Jen Naulls will be May's Guest Designer, she has the Boys Toys kit to play with.

Here's what Jen has to say about herself:

Hi, I'm Jen, I'm 26 years old I live on the Suffolk-Norfolk border in a quirky town with my husband, our baby son Benjamin and our cat Mungo.

I'm currently on maternity leave from being a busy junior doctor, and can often be found trying to make little boy laugh by doing funny dances and singing silly songs! When I'm not entertaining my son by making a fool of myself, I can be found taking photos, scrapbooking or trying my hand at some other crafty pursuit. I've been scrapbooking since my days at university, and I love the hobby for it's ability to combine creativity with documenting life, and also for the amazing friendships I've been so lucky as to develop over the last few years through a shared interest.

Second of the May Half kits

Flower Girl Half Kit has just been added to the shop!

 It's a kit prefect for all the fairy princesses out there!! It's full of pink and yellow with a hint of white.

The journaling cards and handmade embellishments are unique to the Flower girl kit!

The first of the May Half kits

Boys Toys half kit is now in the shop!
